About the Role
The Art Director will create and design forward thinking content that amplifies the Suzywan brand and connects with our community in unexpected ways. You will report directly to the Creative Director and partner with the production, marketing and design teams on strategy and execution. You will also define and institutionalize best practices and maintain our brand aesthetic through forward thinking content. The ideal candidate will have a personal connection to the Suzywan Deluxe brand and an intuitive understanding of our customers. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead art direction and design direction ensuring strong and consistent execution across all channels including design, photography, video, print and physical retail. 
    • Oversee various large-scale creative projects: including advertising campaigns, UI/UX, brand content and marketing. 
    • Conceptualize, brief and oversee weekly e-commerce photo and video shoots. 
    • Ensure conceptual and creative consistency across all touch-points. 
    • Design collateral assets as needed. 
    • Assist in the development of new creative processes.
    • Work closely with Creative Director and other internal stakeholders to support omni-channel marketing and brand initiatives.
    • Communicate with cross-functional partners to ensure projects are fully informed and on schedule.  
    • Inspire the community to unleash their inner IDGAF through fearless creative.


    • A creative thinker who can inspire our community through innovative and fearless content. 
    • Minimum 4 years experience as an Art Director for a fashion retailer or creative agency. 
    • Professional Graphic Design experience. 
    • Proven ability to tell stories through design, photography and video. 
    • Excellent problem solving ability.
    • Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, startup experience preferred.
    • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities at once and learn new things with little oversight.
    • A positive, motivating leader that can easily collaborate and work through confrontation in a solution-minded way.
    • Knowledge in Adobe Indesign.
    • eCommerce experience strongly preferred but not required.


Digital Image Retoucher

About the Role:
The Digital Image Retoucher is responsible for image correction and manipulation for both product and editorial style photographs in a high volume setting. In addition the retoucher must have an artistic eye for 'presets' and color treatments. Must be able to work in collaboration and be able to take art direction.


    • Be available to work Onsite in our London , Paris Or Sweden studio
    • Expert working knowledge of Photoshop, layers, masks, paths, color correction tools, actions and non destructive workflow.
    • Expert working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Light Room, and Adobe Bridge. Experience in CaptureOne is a plus but not required.
    • Strong knowledge of Mac based equipment.
    • Strong teamwork skills.
    • Ability to perform basic editing tasks such as skin retouching, color correction, lighting adjustment, batch editing, texture blending, cropping, and cloning.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Passion for fashion photography and image retouching.
    • Ability to respond well to changing priorities, workflows and information.
    • Portfolio demonstrating both retouching prowess.

Key Responsibilities

    • Retouch a high volume of product photos on a daily basis.
    • Add color presets to Editorial style images.
    • Upload images to our internal server.
    • Keep photos organized and distribute in a timely manner.
    • Assist in product image retrieval.

Graphic Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Design Team. In this role you’ll help the design team work on a variety of projects. Creating both digital and physical assets, ranging from e-mail campaigns, store signage, to site pages and more. Must have the ability to work as a team from brainstorming concepts to final execution, maintaining our brand aesthetic throughout the process. 
This role requires an organized and motivated candidate who works well under pressure. 
You’ll report directly to the lead graphic designer while partnering with the rest of the creative team to execute these tasks.
Our team is passionate about our customers, products, and shopping experience so the ideal candidate will also have a personal connection to the Suzywan Deluxe brand, an intuitive understanding of our customers, and an ability to highlight our aesthetic. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in design process from concept to execution; including layouts, selecting fonts, product design, and any other requested marketing materials.
    • Ability to maintain quality under pressure and while delivering multiple projects. 
    • Deep understanding of typography for print, web, and mobile
    • Strong attention to detail

About the Role
Suzywan is looking for a kickass photographer and content creator. Key Responsibilities

      • Photograph e-commerce in studio setting and on location. On model and still.
      • Work in partnership with the stylist to create on-brand product and marketing images.
      • Assist the Lead Photographer in all aspects of production and content creation.
      • Image processing and editing.
      • Pre-Production and Shoot planning.
      • Ideation and concept planning for editorial and marketing collateral.
      • Create content for social channels.


      • Digital SLR systems (studio and location).
      • Knowledge of commercial studio & location lighting.
      • Experience shooting both table-top product and 'on-model' photography
      • 3-5 years experience as a photographer.
      • Awareness of contemporary trends in photography and fashion.
      • Current portfolio mandatory for consideration.

Computer Skills

      • Expert at Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.
      • Proficient with MS Office and Premiere.
      • Experience with batch processing, archiving, and retouching.
      • Experience in file naming and file handling on a massive scale.

About the Role
Suzywan is seeking a full-time creative stylist to create elevated product and editorial images. We’re looking for a candidate who understands the unique Suzywan aesthetic as well as relevant fashion and styling trends.


    • Style product for all categories adhering to daily shoot goals 
    • Style weekly editorial shoots for web and social
    • Brainstorm creative for shoots, from sales images, product launches to lookbooks
    • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing to conceptualize shoots and select product
    • Source props, locations and product for shoots as needed
    • Help maintain an organized and efficient studio

You’ll lead usability research to gain insights and validate designs as well as have an opportunity to make creative design decisions around UI.     • Able to design cross-platform user experiences.
    • Experience with user-interface design including interaction and visual.
    • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to create world-class solutions.
    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, interviews, usability testing, and other research methods and data analysis techniques to make informed recommendations for UX/UI.


    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
    • 3+ years of Product (UX/UI) Web Design experience.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing examples of information design skills and problem solving applying the user-experience design methodology.
    • Experience leading, mentoring, and managing other designers on projects.
    • Demonstrated history of taking initiative, and getting things done at the appropriate level of polish against tight timelines.
